How do I get started?

Start by requesting a consultation. The consultation provides an opportunity to discuss your home, pets, travel plans and the services needed. A personalized care plan and quote will then be prepared. When the  care plan is finalized, a quote will be provided and your reservation can be confirmed.To get started, visit the Contact page to schedule your consultation.

Is a consultation required?

Yes. A consultation is required before the first reservation so care needs, home access, service details and any special instructions can be reviewed.

What happens after the consultation?

Accepted Answer

After the consultation, you will receive your personalized quote and reservation details. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive your Welcome Packet and any required forms. All required forms must be completed and returned before services begin.

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

Service areas vary based on the type of service requested.Daily visit services are generally available within approximately 10 miles of Tyler. Overnight and extended stay services are available within approximately 30 miles of Tyler.If you're located outside the standard service area, service may still be available depending on your location, scheduling availability and the type of service requested. How will I receive updates while I’m away?

You will receive text and photo updates after each scheduled visit or as outlined in your selected service package. Updates may include information about your pets, home and any concerns observed during the visit.

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

Booking as early as possible is recommended. Overnight, 24-hour and extended-stay reservations should be requested at least 14 days in advance whenever possible. Requests with shorter notice may be accepted based on existing reservations and availability.

Is there a limit on how long I can book services?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Daily visit services may be booked for up to 14 consecutive days. Overnight and 24-hour care may be booked for up to 30 consecutive days.

Question 8

Can I book recurring weekly or monthly services?

Accepted Answer

No. Services are designed for temporary care during travel, vacations and other short-term needs rather than ongoing weekly or monthly care.
